Paths for All - Health Walk

Walking is described as the perfect exercise by health professionals and has many benefits. Walking requires no special equipment or expense and is the ideal way for most people to become more active.

Paths for All is a Scottish charity that champions everyday walking as the way to  a happier, healthier Scotland.

Their website has some great ideas about ways to get walking including their Health walk groups.

They organise free group walks every week. These are short, safe, social, fun, accessible, low level walks led by trained volunteers. Anyone can come along to a Health Walk and new walkers are always welcome.
